The Client

terra is a social enterprise that creates environmentally friendly ceramic water filters to provide safe and affordable drinking water to families in Indonesia. Founded in 2020, terra was born out of the founders’ concern for the lack of access to clean drinking water in  almost half of the Indonesian population.

Their goal is to provide effective, sustainable, and cost savings solutions to families who would not otherwise have access to safe drinking water, or have relied on environmentally-damaging plastic bottles for their daily water needs.

The Ask

terra’s main challenge was to make sure their brand was relevant to their wide target audience. Since their business model depends on the sale of their premium products to subsidize water filters for those in need, their brand had to relate to all sectors. It was also important to communicate that their technology is of hiqh quality and safe to use. 

In addition, terra requested for the development of marketing and communication materials, such as website, pitch deck, business cards and packaging and brochure design.
