The Client
BBPB is an initiative started by two teenage changemakers in Bali, Melati and Isabel. Since 2018, they have been actively campaigning to make Bali free of plastic waste and engaging with various levels of communities, especially the small local markets. The initiative succeeded in advocating for the launch of plastic bag ban policy, making Bali the first island to prohibit the use of plastic bags.
The Ask
As the initiative grew more chapters in other parts of the world, they were asked to provide an informational package that would allow anyone to set up their own BBPB initiative in their home cities.
As they received more inquiries on partnerships and sponsorships, they also needed to provide a set of guidelines that would simplify the process to establish new partners and sponsors.
